When we discover a couple that would like to start a new church, there is a process to follow.

* An initial interview
* Completing an application
* Husband and wife attends Basic Training
* Selecting a coach
* Approval by the Mission Department Trustees
* Approval of budget for the new church
* Go to work at a selected field
